The California Department of General Services O Street Project includes demolition of the existing vacant California Department of Food and Agriculture Annex building, and construction of a new, modern office building. The new proposed 360,000 square feet Zero Net Energy building has a capacity for 1,150 employees and is targeting LEED Platinum certification. Webb worked with the design team and project stakeholders in the development of the foodservice program and established its design build criteria, currently identified as a 6,000 square feet retail operation with 100 seats.
