Beacon Park K–8 School

Irvine, California

Beacon Park School, the Irvine Unified School District’s new site for kindergarten through eighth-graders, covers 79,000 square feet and has capacity for up to 1,000 students.

The foodservice kitchen and cafe is centrally located on campus. The unique design of the speed-line custom counters provides efficient throughput, and a chance for students to view the food preparation through large internal windows.

This kitchen exceeds our expectations! The front-of-house design is open for the students, it allows them to see the variety of food on offer compared to the old kitchen where students did not have that option.”
