The project includes the design of a new 5,800 square foot kitchen in the Ocean View Tower, along with a new café and dining facility of approximately 8,000 square feet. The new kitchen is directly adjacent to the existing kitchen and will include prep areas, a bakery, main cookline, prep cooking, bakery and catering prep cooking, room service, tray assembly, production and café support with direct access from main kitchen to the café. The Café located on the top floor level 7 provides panoramic views of the city, mountains and ocean.
