We believe that the heart and spirit of a College or University dining facility lies in its position as the community builder and the social hub on campus. We do this by creating dining environments that stimulate, excite, and facilitate bonds of community while expressing the cultural DNA of its current and future diners and ultimately delivering a compelling culinary and social experience. One of our key guiding principles is to promote a culture of gathering and assembly. We apply the key principles of placemaking to guide us in the design process. Accessibility, sustainability, and wellness are important anchors to enhancing the student experience.
