With over 20+ years of central kitchen project experience we provide planning, design, and ideation for various types of large format kitchens. We do not employ a traditional linear approach to planning. We believe that centralized facilities must be carefully planned, to provide maximum equipment and infrastructure flexibility for future change and adaptability. We do this by focusing on the responsible stewardship of available resources (time, space, infrastructure, location, material, labor, and energy) which are critical to the long-term success of a centralized operation.
